Three examples of decorating with leaves

When someone thinks of the fall season, most people think about the colorful leaves the season brings. One of the best ways to bring the fall season into your home is by decorating with nature itself.

Leaves bring a rustic, nature feel into the home because of the rich mix of red, yellow and orange colors.

So instead of raking up and throwing all of those beautifully colored leaves away, bring them indoors with these three decorating ideas.

Pressing Leaves

Pressing leaves between two clear pieces of glass in a picture frame is probably the easiest way to bring the outside in. It’s an extremely easy project and can really add some warmth. All you need are some colored leaves and photo frames.

Adhering Leaves

Adhere leaves to plain, like-colored pillar candles with glue to give your candles a touch of fall. This is perfect for any small or large space that doesn’t want to be overrun with seasonal decor.

Glueing leaves to and glass vase, cup and candle holder is an easy way to decorate your home. If you don’t want to ruin your candles or burn the leaves, adhere them to the outside of the glass holder your candles burn in.
